Affiliate Professor

Tom Rankin is a creative leader with over 25 years of experience leading organizational change. He owns three successful businesses, serves as adjunct professor at Daniels College of Business and is a Colorado native.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur and joining the Daniels faculty, Rankin enjoyed a diverse career. He directed project management offices (PMOs) specializing in innovative corporate culture development, senior executive coaching and project manager mentoring. He implemented enterprise-wide PMOs, built high-performing teams and created matrix organizations to anchor culture transformation. He worked globally and across multiple industries, leading organizational change with a purpose.
